From the moment you book us you will have piece of mind that your pets will be well cared for in your absence keeping to their daily routines and ensuring that they feel happy and loved at all times.
A few days before the sit starts we will send you a few question for you to answer about the pets routine, feeding and walking requirements. A little about the house, anything we should know about, plant watering, mail collection and other things that you might require us to continue while you are away.
On the day of the sit, we will arrive at the time we have agreed with you, giving time for a smooth handover before your departure.
While you are away we will keep you updated by Whatsapp/Messaging/Text as much or as little as you would like us to. We appreciate that some people like regular photos and video clips and others like one message in the middle of their holiday. We are happy to send as much or as little as you request.
