When you book us, a few days before your sit start date we will send you a few question for you to answer about your pets daily routine including feeding and walking requirements. A little about your house, anything we should know about, plant watering, mail collection and other things that you might require us to continue while you are away.

On the day of the sit, we will arrive in good time, ensuring a smooth handover before your departure.

While you are away we will keep you updated by Whatsapp/Messaging/Text as much or as little as you would like us to. We appreciate that some people like regular photos and video clips and others like one message in the middle of their holiday. We are happy to send as much or as little as you request.
