We are Julie and Jonathan the Norfolk Pet Sitters providing in-house sitting services for owners with pets in Waxham and the surrounding area. We’ve been house and pet sitting now for over 5 years and have completed over 70 assignments. Our pet sitting has taken us around the UK as well as Spain, USA, Australia and New Zealand. We’ve cared for a wide variety of pets including dogs, cats, chickens, horses, pigs and even a 40 year old tortoise.
We are a friendly, relaxed, yet professional couple, who’s service will ensure your pets have a wonderful holiday in their own home in Waxham while their parents are away.
From the moment you book us we will provide you with piece of mind that your pets will be well cared for in your absence. We always try to make sure the pets have a holiday of their own while their parents are away, while also keeping to the pets normal daily routines and their favourite walks. They’ll get plenty of cuddles too!
A week or so before the sit starts we will send you a few question for you to answer about the pets routine, feeding and walking requirements. A little about the house, anything we should know about, plant watering, mail collection, house alarms and perhaps things that you might require us to continue while you are away.
On the day of the sit, we will arrive at your home in Waxham at a time we have agreed with you in advance (we are totally flexible and will work in with your departure plans), but we will ensure we are early enough to give time for a smooth handover before your departure.
While you are away we will keep you updated by Whatsapp/Messaging/Text as much or as little as you would like us to. We appreciate that some people like regular photos and video clips and others like one message in the middle of their holiday. We are happy to send as much or as little as you would like us to.
