Hi, We are Julie and Jonathan and we’re the Norfolk Pet Sitters specialising in pet care in Wells. We’ve been full time house and pet sitters now for over 5 years and have completed more than 70 assignments. We’ve been lucky enough to be asked to sit as far away as Australia and America. We’ve cared for and are comfortable with all sorts of pets including dogs (we have had rescue dogs with anxieties and puppies who’s training we continue in the owners absence), lots of cats and chickens, we’ve also pet sat horses, pigs and even a 40 year old tortoise.

We provide a friendly, relaxed, yet professional service ensuring your pets have a wonderful holiday in their own home while their parents are away. We were brought up in Wells so we know it well including all the amazing dog walks in the area. 

From the moment you book us you will have piece of mind that your pets will be well cared for in your absence (we’ll ensure they have a really lovely and happy holiday of their own in their own home while you are away, while keeping to their daily routines).

A few days before the sit starts we will send you a few question for you to answer about the pets routine, feeding and walking requirements. A little about the house, anything we should know about, plant watering, mail collection and other things that you might require us to continue while you are away. This all helps with a smooth handover when we takeover.

On the day of the sit, we will arrive at a time that works in with your travel plans, we will add a little extra time before you leave to give time for a smooth handover before your departure.

While you are away we will keep you updated by Whatsapp/Messaging/Text as much or as little as you would like us to. We appreciate that some people like regular photos and video clips and others like one message in the middle of their holiday. We are happy to send as much or as little as you request.
